Hi, my name is Daniel Toles and I have been working for Day and Company for going on 8 years now. I'm driven by my wonderful family of 6 including, myself, my wife, our 3 boys, and baby girl. Family is everything to me. I enjoy watching them grow into wonderful people and having adventures with them along the way.
I have been so pleased to serve so many wonderful clients and am blessed by the relationships it brings. My mission is to serve my clients with the highest professional services with a personal and individual approach. Meeting my client's needs and being available to guide you through the process of buying or selling real estate is my top priority. I've been lucky enough to take on a variety of very intricate deals, including but not limited to Buying/selling raw land, residential properties, commercial business, 4 plex/other multi-unit housing, raw land, out-of-state deals, referrals, partnerships, investors, fix and flip, senior market needs, veteran assistance, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, new homes, aiding with insurance companies, structural issues, well and septic systems, probate lawyers, bankruptcy issues, and much more. This has allowed me to gain a wide range of expertise on multiple transaction types, but I also enjoy learning through as many other continuing education courses as I can take to serve my client's needs better. I've owned/own multiple companies including a construction company, a restaurant, my real estate company, and more, along with other varied experiences aiding others in their company's growth and development.
I have been happy to win awards as a Realtor, but I really am just blessed to get to work in a career I'm passionate about. Assisting others in their real estate needs is not always just transactional, but represents many great goals coming to fruition.
