The main floor also includes a colorful full bathroom.<br />In the dining area, you'll find two seating areas, perfect for meals with family and friends. The basement offers a spacious and vibrant family room with plenty of seating, two flat-screen TVs, and a dry bar. The basement bedroom has bunk beds with a full-size/twin configuration, a pack-and-play, a desk/chair, and fun family games. The second basement bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, a vanity, a desk/chair, and a closet. The laundry room is equipped with a large washer and dryer.<br />As shown in the pictures, the backyard is amazing—colorful, artsy, and fun. It includes a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and plenty of cozy seating for outdoor enjoyment. <br />Centrally located near Olde Town Arvada, which offers excellent dining, shopping, seasonal farmers markets, and family-friendly activities. The Sheridan light rail stop (Gold line) is just a few blocks from the house. There are two car spots in the driveway and plenty of street parking available; please note that trailers, RVs, and motorhomes are not permitted, though vans are welcome. The property is also close to major highways for quick access to popular mountain towns and resorts.
